The leaked "Wilson Davis Memo" document allegedly describes a meeting between former Admiral Thomas Wilson and Dr. Eric Davis in 2002. According to the memo, Wilson had attempted to gain access to a highly classified program related to extraterrestrial technology, but was denied access, despite his high security clearance a high position in the the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency. The memo also suggested that Wilson had confirmed the existence of a crash retrieval program related to UFOs and was seeking more information. However, the authenticity of the memo is disputed, and there has been no official confirmation of its accuracy or the events it describes. Congressman Matt Gallagher entered the document into Congressional records during a hearing in 2022.
