Leonard Lamoureux and his brother Wilfred had an astonishing encounter in Vancouver in the presence of Christmas lights. While visiting City Hall to photograph the display, they witnessed a brilliant blue light descending from the sky, revealing a peculiar object with two saucer-like structures glowing intensely. The object then moved horizontally across the sky, nearly clearing the rooftop flagpole before abruptly ascending. Although some suggested the image was a watermark defect, Leonard's daughter, Debra DeCamillis, refutes this claim, emphasizing that she had examined the negative multiple times without finding any such issues. Leonard's vivid accounts of the incident left a lasting impression.
