Japanese Sea, Japan UFO

Japanese Sea, Japan UFO

Numerous UFOs were photographed during World War II, earning them the moniker Foo Fighters inspired by a catchphrase used by the popular comic character Smokey Stover. This comic was well-loved by U.S. forces during the war. The image source is credited to UFO Magazine UK, January/February 2000. In the featured photograph, taken in 1943, a Japanese Sally Bomber soars over the Japanese Sea, closely followed by a mysterious dark sphere.
