The photograph, captured on January 25, 1967, in Hampton, Virginia, by a teenager, depicts an object described as being the size of a Piper Cub at an altitude of 1000 feet. The young photographer shared his sighting with his school science teacher, who advised reporting it to the Air Force. The local UFO officer, upon investigation, expressed confidence in the photo's authenticity, labeling it as 'authentic.' Surprisingly, Project Blue Book deemed it 'insufficient data,' despite the officer's assessment.
