President during World War II when many "Foo Fighters" were reported. Supposed documents written by Roosevelt mention "Non-Terrestrial KNOW HOW" and that "Our planet is not the only one harboring intelligent life in the universe."
Franklin D. Roosevelt was the 32nd President of the United States. FDR won four presidential elections and lead the nation during the Great Depression up until his death nearing the end of WWII. So-called "Foo Fighters" were pictured and reported from military personnel through the war. Initially, the Allies feared that it was advanced technology from the Axis powers. The strange lights would fly near aircraft before suddenly shooting straight up in the sky and disappearing. If these glowing balls got close enough they would affect aircraft's engines.
Secretive memoranda have been discovered that were supposedly written by Roosevelt. In these papers, Roosevelt refers to the development of super-weapons of war (the atom bomb) that have been created with "Non-Terrestrial KNOW HOW in atomic energy." Furthermore, the paper says that the U.S. Government should "Take every advantage of the wonders that have come to us," and that we must come to terms with "The reality that our planet is not the only one harboring intelligent life in the universe." The validity of these documents has been contended; however, others argue that the way in which they were obtained speaks to their authenticity.
