While vacationing in Styria, Rudi Nagora, a musician from Munich, and his wife Hildegard set out to explore the St. Lorenzen area on May 23, 1971. Their intention was to find a picturesque spot for a leisurely stroll. Around noon, Nagora parked the car at a field's edge in a designated parking area, leaving his wife in the vehicle as he ventured out to survey the surroundings. At that moment, a whizzing sound emanated from the sky, capturing his attention. When he gazed upward, he witnessed a shining, silver disc maneuvering in a zig-zag pattern against the backdrop of the clouds.
