On a remarkable day, hundreds of witnesses in the city observed a large, motionless metallic object in the sky from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The object underwent intriguing transformations: at 1:30 p.m., its shiny, mercury-like color shifted to a dull metal gray, coinciding with a change in shape. It appeared to become smaller and seemed to divide into three smaller spheres that later recombined into a different overall form. By 3:30 p.m., the enigmatic object vanished suddenly. Vladimir Stoicescu, one of the witnesses, used binoculars to closely observe the phenomenon and capture it in photographs.
