Ted Roe is the Executive Director and a co-founder of the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP). Along with Dr. Richard F. Haines, Roe helped establish NARCAP in 1999 as a non-profit organization focused on scientific research and investigation of aviation-related Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP). As the Executive Director, Roe plays a key role in the organization's efforts to promote aviation safety and enhance the understanding of UAPs, by facilitating the collection, analysis, and dissemination of reports from pilots, air traffic controllers, and other aviation professionals.
